Run builds on your own machine, price work from a shared queue, and keep 75% of every order. You bring judgment and compute; the factory brings the customer, the brand, the rails and the floor.
An operator is an independent business, not a shift on someone's rota. You choose what to claim, supervise the build on your own machine at your own agent cost, and proof every crate before it ships. The platform keeps 25% and handles payment, hosting, previews and the customer's whole front door.
Builds run on hardware you own with an Anthropic key you hold. The factory never sees the key and never stores your bank details — payouts run through Stripe, who do the identity and bank verification themselves. You'll install the Foundry engine on your own Mac, Linux, or Windows (WSL2) machine with Docker; once you're approved, the back office hands you the download and a config that's already filled in.
You classify a job into a tier and quote inside its band — a thirty-second decision, not an estimate. Anything that doesn't fit a tier escalates to a human conversation instead of an invented price.
